I am a Cincinnati Realtor. I focus on construction knowledge and pricing strategy to provide my clients with the knowledge of the current market. When you work with me, you’re getting both perspectives. I help sellers prepare their homes with intention, and I help buyers see potential others might miss. I don’t just know houses, I understand how they’re built and how smart decisions today create value for years to come. I’ve spent over 25 years in the design and building industry and graduated from the College of Design at the University of Kentucky. I’ve worked alongside builders, helped clients plan renovations, and guided families through buying and selling with confidence.
