A full Gerard install includes the new equipment (furnace, AC condenser, evaporator coil, line set), a new thermostat, removal and disposal of the old system, all permits and inspections, ductwork transitions where needed, refrigerant charge, full system commissioning, and the 12-year warranty. You're not getting nickel-and-dimed on "extras" after the install starts — the quote is the price.

Most no-heat / no-cool emergencies are responded to same-day, and full replacements when needed are usually scheduled within 1-2 business days.
